Welcome to the FCT CRM user guide. This site shows you, step by step, how to use FCT CRM to manage your customer conversations on WhatsApp.

How to use this guide

  • Search box (top of the page) — type any keyword (e.g. "broadcast", "QR", "FAQ") to jump straight to the topic.
  • Sidebar (left) — pick a big topic to open its page.
  • Language — switch language from the menu (English / 简体中文 / 繁體中文 / Bahasa Melayu).

  • Broadcast personalised messages to contact lists.
  • Workflows — automate follow-ups, menus and keyword replies.
  • AI Reply & FAQ — answer common questions automatically.

First steps

  1. Install and open FCT CRM, then sign in with your account.
  2. Connect your WhatsApp number.
  3. Import or create a contact list.
  4. Try a broadcast.
