AI Reply

Let AI draft or auto-send replies in your tone. AI Reply needs an AI engine configured first.

1. Configure an AI engine

  1. Open AI ReplyEngines / Settings.
  2. Add an AI provider (cloud API key, or a local engine). You can add several and let FCT CRM rotate between them.

2. Set the assistant's behaviour

  1. Write a system prompt (who the assistant is, tone, do's and don'ts), or pick a template.
  2. Choose how replies go out: draft for you to approve, or auto-send.

3. Turn it on per account

  • Enable AI Reply for the WhatsApp account(s) you want it to handle.

How replies are chosen

FCT CRM tries layers in order: FAQ → Keyword Reply Set → AI. AI handles anything the first two don't, so accurate, fixed answers stay exact and AI covers the rest.

Tips

Ground it with FAQ

Put your facts (prices, policies) in the FAQ so answers stay correct — AI fills the gaps in a natural tone.

Cost

Cloud AI bills per use. Local engines run on your machine (needs a capable GPU). The engine info shows cost hints.
