Connect WhatsApp
Pair your WhatsApp number with FCT CRM so you can send and receive messages.
Steps
- In the sidebar, open Instances (your WhatsApp accounts).
Click + Add Account and choose WhatsApp (QR).
On your phone, open WhatsApp → Settings → Linked Devices → Link a Device, then scan the QR code shown in FCT CRM.
- Wait for the status to turn to Connected (green). Your chats will start syncing.
Tips
Keep the phone online
The linked phone should stay connected to the internet for messages to sync reliably.
Avoid spammy sending
Sending too fast to many unknown numbers can get a number restricted by WhatsApp. Use the broadcast throttling settings and warm up new numbers gradually.
