Notify User

Get new leads and keyword hits forwarded to your phone, and control the CRM by WhatsApp message (bot commands). A green ring marks the key control.

1. Pick the Send-From account, enter your own WhatsApp number as the Recipient, and turn on Enable Notifications. Now leads and keyword hits are pushed to you.

2. Bot Commands — turn it on and you can message the send-from account (by text or voice) to command the CRM: relay a voice note, send a message, trigger a broadcast. The "Recipient" number above is the admin who issues commands; the "Send-From account" is the account that receives and executes them. The bot asks you to confirm first — reply "yes" to run.
