Keyword Auto-Reply

Reply automatically when a customer's message contains a keyword — using a saved Reply Set (text, image, voice, buttons).

Create a Reply Set

  1. Open Auto Reply in the sidebar.
  2. Click + New Reply Set and add one or more messages (text / media / voice / buttons).

Add keyword triggers

  1. For the Reply Set, add the keywords that should trigger it (e.g. price, hours, location).
  2. Choose match scope: DMs, groups, or both.

  1. Turn the Reply Set on for the account(s) you want.

How it works

  • When an incoming message contains a keyword, FCT CRM sends that Reply Set automatically.
  • Order matters — the first matching set wins.

Tips

Keep keywords specific

Very common words can trigger replies you didn't intend. Use distinctive keywords.

Combine with AI / FAQ

For anything not covered by keywords, AI Reply or FAQ can handle it.
